Made from brown clay that fires to a black finish, these plates are then dipped in oxblood glaze. The combination of the grog and manganese in the clay body, creates a unique finished look. Each plates has unique color or texture variations. Some show a few flecks of red, but for the most part present various gradients of gunmetal.
